About the Role: We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Therapists (OT, COTA, SLP, SLPA, PT) to join our fun, supportive team. Clinic Locations: Westminster, CO Denver, CO Aurora, CO Littleton, CO Centennial, CO Parker, CO Position Details: Location: In-person, Remote options may be available based on need Schedule: Full-time, Part-Time, PRN Full-time schedules: Flexible Weekdays, Optional Saturdays 4–10s and 4-8s schedule available for full-time team members Part-time/PRN schedules: flexible and based on clinic needs Clinic Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: Optional Compensation $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time $5,00 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time Requirements Be fully licensed to practice in your discipline in the state of Colorado by the start date Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
