BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Direct Care Worker, DCW Training Program , incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for graduates to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.     ** CURRENTLY NEED CAREGIVERS IN NAZARETH, EASTON, STROUDSBURG, ALLENTOWN and BETHLEHEM areas ** We have current job openings for Direct Care Workers within the following counties: Lehigh Wayne Pike Monroe Carbon North Hampton Schuylkill Berks Bucks   What BAYADA offers: Weekly pay Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle  Scholarship programs    Paid time off Qualifications for Direct Care Workers (DCW):   If you do not have any Direct Care experience,  you would need to Successfully Complete the Direct Care Worker, DCW Training Program , provided by BAYADA - no expense to you.  You must have reliable transportation Job Responsibilities for Direct Care Workers, DCW: Activities of daily living   Light housekeeping   Bathing   Grooming   Toileting   Nail care   Range of motion / exercises   Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices   Oral feeding   Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration   Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.   Assisting with ambulation   Medication assistance   BAYADA recognizes and rewards our Direct Care Workers  who set and maintain the highest standards of excellence.
