We are seeking a skilled and motivated  Tesla Technician  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Tesla vehicles and a strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems. The Tesla Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently. Requirements Diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle safety checks. Diagnose high-voltage EV systems, battery systems, charging systems, and related components. Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs. Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify vehicle faults and repair requirements. Inspect vehicles and accurately document findings, repairs, and recommended services. Follow manufacturer repair procedures and established shop safety standards. Perform software-related diagnostics and system resets when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with service advisors, management, and other technicians. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay current with Tesla technology, EV systems, diagnostic procedures, and industry developments.
