Your Opportunity As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You’ll promote our life-changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow. Note: Must live in the Long Beach, Gateway, South Bay, Beach Cities  What You Bring 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes What Makes You Stand Out Existing network of primary care providers Knowledge of sleep health, mainly sleep apnea Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Strategic and entrepreneurial approach to territory management Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare and tech environment Track record of exceeding partnership or sales goals About Our Team At Sunrise Group, we’re tackling real sleep health challenges that affect millions.
