Licensed Professional Counselor Location: South Dakota Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a telehealth mental health practice serving clients throughout South Dakota. This position is focused on providing dependable access to professional mental health care for people who may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life changes, or other emotional challenges. You will work within an established virtual practice while maintaining the clinical independence needed to support each client appropriately. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth Complete initial evaluations and identify areas requiring clinical attention Set treatment goals based on client needs and presenting concerns Select and apply appropriate therapeutic interventions Review progress and modify the course of treatment when clinically necessary Maintain timely session notes and required clinical records Coordinate referrals or additional services when a client requires further support Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field Active LPC license in South Dakota Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Ready to explore your next clinical opportunity?
