Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Blaine, MN Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide therapy via telehealth to Minnesota clients while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You’ll focus on assessment, structured sessions, and consistent documentation. Responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation Create and maintain treatment plans Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR Attend consults and clinical meetings Follow risk and escalation procedures Requirements Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT Master’s degree in a mental health discipline Therapy experience preferred Comfortable working fully remote Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match We’re currently accepting applications from qualified clinicians.
