You'll utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, collaborate with referring providers, and play an active role in mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training Utilize additional treatment techniques based on your clinical expertise and certifications Supervise and mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to coordinate patient care Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure requirements and continuing education standards Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered care Committed to evidence-based clinical practice Interested in mentoring teammates and growing into leadership Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented Motivated to continuously improve clinical skills and patient outcomes Excited about long-term career growth within a supportive organization Required Qualifications Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start Experience treating an outpatient orthopedic patient population Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
