Keller Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of an expanding automotive repair and maintenance services organization. Our client is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to strengthen its brand, increase customer acquisition, and support growth across multiple service locations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across all service markets. Lead brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, digital marketing, and local campaigns. Manage paid search, social media, email, website, and customer relationship marketing. Develop promotions supporting seasonal services and location-level revenue objectives. Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion rates, and acquisition costs. Oversee marketing agencies, technology platforms, media partners, and departmental budgets. Support new-location openings and entry into additional markets. Partner with service and commercial leaders to improve the customer experience. Build and develop a results-oriented internal marketing team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience. 5+ years leading marketing teams, agencies, or multi-market programs. Experience within automotive services, retail services, franchising, or multi-location businesses. Strong knowledge of digital acquisition, CRM, analytics, and brand management. Demonstrated success generating measurable customer and revenue growth. Experience managing substantial marketing budgets.
