Assist with daily routines and activities as needed. Accompany the client on daily walks of up to three miles. Encourage social engagement, conversation, and recreational activities. Observe and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior. Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks as needed. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Support the client's independence while ensuring safety and comfort. Follow care instructions and maintain accurate documentation when required. Build a positive, respectful, and professional relationship with the client and family. Previous caregiving, Home Health Aide, or companion care experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work weekday and weekend schedules. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
