Program Manager Location: Washington, DC Must have an active Secret Security Clearance Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline Required Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider certification Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Requirements Years of Experience: Fifteen (15) years of IT experience, with at least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity. Size and Complexity Definition: Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks [e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)]. Consecutive Experience: Required five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions. Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is highly desirable.
