Senior Talent Sourcer Location: Remote (Latin America) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (with flexible start time) About Sitreps Talent Sitreps Talent is a high-growth US talent platform and boutique recruiting firm. We connect military veterans, experienced business operators, and specialized technical professionals with leadership roles across defense technology, aerospace, and commercial sectors. About the Role The Senior Talent Sourcer drives outbound lead generation and pipeline development. Working closely with internal recruiting leads, this role uses advanced Boolean searching, cold messages, and targeted outreach to identify, engage, and qualify passive talent. Responsibilities Source qualified candidate pools using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean queries, and alternative discovery channels. Review profiles and resumes against technical and operational job requirements. Build targeted candidate lists and maintain accurate candidate activity records in Greenhouse ATS. Conduct outbound outreach via direct messages and phone calls to generate candidate interest. Meet weekly sourcing targets and pass qualified leads to internal recruiters. Requirements Must-Haves 4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for US clients. Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings. Hands-on experience working within Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn recruiter, and other HR platforms. Excellent spoken and written English skills (C1/C2) with a strong phone presence. Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and repetitive sourcing tasks. Experience conducting cold outreach to passive candidates with a track record of strong response rates. Nice-to-Haves Experience sourcing candidates for US-based companies. Familiarity with candidate tracking tools or recruitment CRMs. Benefits Flexible work hours — work autonomously with no micromanagement or time-tracking software.
