General Dentist Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 9AM-5PM Compensation: W-2 Employment | 33% of Adjusted Net Production + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period Patient Mix: PPO / FFS   Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work full time will be eligible for benefits.  About the Role  United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Manhattan market.  We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.  Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.  What You'll Do  Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses  Develop and present treatment plans  Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care  Educate patients on treatment options and oral health  Maintain accurate clinical documentation  Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care  Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care    Clinical Opportunities  Providers with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply:  Implant Restorations  Implant Placement  Invisalign® Treatment  Cosmetic Dentistry  Crown & Bridge  Removable Prosthetics  Endodontics  Oral Surgery  Full Mouth Rehabilitation  Comprehensive Treatment Planning  Requirements Required  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school  Active Dental License in New York DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)  Strong communication and patient education skills  Commitment to quality patient care  Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment  Invisalign® Certification  Implant Restoration Experience    Preferred  Invisalign® Certification  Implant Restoration Experience  Implant Placement Experience  Cosmetic dentistry experience  Endodontic experience  Oral surgery experience  Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments  Benefits Eligible employees (30+ hours a week) may receive: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Continuing Education Support Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
