We aspire to think bigger, bolder, and delve deeper into built-environment solutions.  The Project Manager – Facility Services is responsible for coordinating facility and construction-related projects from planning through completion. This role partners with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.  Pay Range $80K-$130K  Position Title: Project Manager Key Responsibilities  Support project surveys, estimating, and client quotations.  Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.  Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.  Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing.  Provide project updates and maintain client communication.  Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.  Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution.  Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM.  Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.  Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth.  Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies.  Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts.  Requirements Required Qualifications  Experience in project management, construction, facility services, or related field.  Proficiency with Microsoft 365.  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  Preferred Skills  Microsoft Productivity Suite and MS Project  AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam  Salesforce or HubSpot CRM  Smartsheet  Preferred Education & Certifications  Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or similar.  PMP, FMP, CMMP, or EIT certifications are highly desirable.  Benefits Choice of select medical plans   Dental Plan   Vision Plan   Paid time off   Simple Individual Retirement Account (IRA) Plan with employer contribution   A tremendous organizational culture centered on transparency, honest communication, prescribed process, and personal responsibility.  Impec Group Core Values  Get things done  Stay humble  Focus on people  Be smart  Lead with integrity  Solve problems  Enjoy the journey together
