Are you ready to embark on this exciting journey with us?  As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you'll embark on a dynamic journey, working with business development and program management teams to shape multiple satellite missions simultaneously, each boasting a unique multi-payload configuration. Your role will transcend boundaries as you collaborate seamlessly across various teams, including program management, systems engineering, discipline engineering, and AI&T.   In this role, you'll not only contribute to the success of our satellite missions but also have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team, fostering innovation and driving impactful solutions in the ever-evolving space industry.   Mission Objectives   Technical lead for electrical system design and subsystem procurements   Create and maintain electrical architectures collaborating with internal teams and our customers to meet mission requirements   Perform system optimization trades analyzing system performance and maintaining technical budgets   Engage closely with internal teams and customers to craft and manage system specifications and verification techniques, ensuring alignment with ambiguous customer requirements.   Provide support to program management and product management, serving as a liaison with customers ensuring smooth program execution.    Conduct inspections and reviews of engineering documents and hardware.   Extend your expertise to support test planning and actively participate in the integration and test campaigns at our spacecraft manufacturer's site, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.   Mission Mandates   Active Top Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.   Preference will be given to candidates with a DoD or Intelligence Community Top Secret background investigation with at least 3 years of eligibility remaining or CE status; and SCI eligibility with current experience in SCI programs and/or Special Access Programs   Mus be a US Citizen Mission Credentials   You enjoy being the face of the technical requirements and working with a team to deliver quality hardware.   You pioneer innovation in aerospace bringing commercial space solutions to US government customers.   You have comprehensive system-level knowledge and experience in Electrical and RF subsystems.   You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment, where your ability to adapt and excel under pressure sets you apart.   Prior experience delivering a spacecraft to orbit and/or space-qualified hardware to a customer.   You have 5+ years of experience as an Electrical  Engineer with detailed knowledge of spacecraft electrical architectures   Pragmatic EMI and RF testing experience preferred   Some of Our Awesome Benefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance option for employees and dependents Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings (HSA) Accounts offered with an employer contribution to the HSA 100% employer paid Life, AD&D, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance Flexible Time Off policy for vacation and sick leave, and 12 paid holidays 401(k) plan and equity options Daily catered lunches and snacks in office Fully paid parental leave; 14 weeks for birthing parent and 10 weeks for non-birthing parent Carrot Fertility provides comprehensive, inclusive fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits with financial support Off-sites and many social events and celebrations Relocation assistance when applicable Per Colorado law, we are required to disclose the base compensation range for this role.
