Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) | Remote Position: Full-Time Location: Washington Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role We’re hiring Washington-licensed LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to provide mental health services through telehealth. You’ll work with clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns, offering practical support and individualized treatment from a remote setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and allows you to focus on direct clinical care, treatment planning, and client progress within an organized virtual environment. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs Develop personalized treatment goals and update them as care progresses Evaluate client response to therapy and make appropriate clinical adjustments Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time Communicate with clinical team members when coordination of care is needed Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and Washington licensing requirements Requirements Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) Master’s degree in a mental health field Clinical experience delivering therapy services Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong attention to documentation and compliance Benefits 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match If you’re ready for a stable, remote clinical role, this could be your next professional chapter.
