Technical generalist for the Mexico market. You'll work across growth, product, support, and data — building tools, running analyses, and executing whatever the business needs. Data analysis across the business: SQL queries, dashboards, growth and funnel metrics, ad hoc deep dives Build internal tools, scripts, and automations (Python, SQL, APIs, GitHub) Support growth initiatives: campaign setup, attribution, experiment tracking, referral mechanics Automate operations: support workflows (Intercom), notifications, onboarding processes Work directly with the Market Lead on new projects — product experiments, launches, market analysis Requirements ~2 years of experience in tech SQL proficiency; able to build scripts and automations independently Familiar with GitHub, APIs, no-code/low-code tools Heavy AI tooling user Fluent Spanish and English Based in Mexico City Nice to have: Fintech or payments experience Intercom, OneSignal, or BigQuery experience
