Role Summary Responsibilities : You will take a leading role across a variety of scientific projects in the Value and Access team, using your expertise to deliver high-quality projects and build client relationships. The role, or particular start dates, may close when a suitable candidate is found Location : This role is available in our Vancouver office About the Role As a Senior Analyst within our Canadian Value and Access team, you will play a leading role in the delivery of market access, HTA and health economics projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will work alongside Team Heads, Consultants, Analysts and Project Coordinators to deliver high-quality projects that support reimbursement and access decisions across Canada. Projects may include the development of HTA submission packages for CDA-AMC and INESSS, writing up economic evaluations and budget impact analyses, reimbursement strategy, evidence generation planning, value communication materials and other market access deliverables. You will work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including regular interaction over email and in meetings, providing strategic input and ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard and within agreed timelines. Senior Analysts are central to the quality of project deliverables and play a key role in training, mentoring and supporting more junior colleagues. Responsibilities include reviewing work, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the ongoing development of the wider project team. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with the following experience: A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3).
