Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.   Role:  Senior Marketing Events Manager  Location:  Gurugram, India About the role:   As a Senior Marketing Events Manager, you will bring a Global Technology brand to life through captivating physical experiences. Partnering with product marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will define, shape, and execute our Client's India Marketing's major tentpole events. You will establish  event goals, guide content direction, oversee end-to-end  logistics , lead pre-event reviews, and conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis in collaboration with the  Social  team to measure effectiveness.     What you will be doing:   Strategic Leadership:  Lead the planning, production, and execution of complex events in India, from large summits to C-level engagements.   Executive Engagement:  Collaborate with Senior Executives to align on requirements and ensure flawless execution.   End-to-End Program Management:  Oversee all event logistics, budgeting, content, collateral, and on-site execution.   Marketing Integration:  Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and PR to drive business goals and engage users with Global technologies.   Operational Excellence:  Manage event timelines, lead weekly pre-event meetings, and own strategic documentation.   Agency & Partner Management:  Direct agency partners and vendors to deliver quality creative work and execution.   Measurement and Reporting:  Produce status and post-event reports focused on ROI and effectiveness.     What you need to be great in this role:   Communication & Influence:  Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to gain trust and support from the most senior stakeholders.   Creative Flair: Innovative and fresh thinking for event experiences that help Client's India Marketing stand out in the market.   Entrepreneurial Spirit:  A self-starter who thrives on making connections between teams and is eager to build something exciting from the ground up.   Adaptability:  The ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and track multiple simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.   Minimum Qualifications:    Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.   12 years of experience in the events & experiences with reputed agencies or brands, specifically involving executive engagement or product management.   Demonstrated experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and external agencies on complex projects, alongside a proven track record of overseeing end-to-end event logistics.   Preferred Qualifications:   Industry Expertise:  Experience working with high-growth Tech companies, Design agencies, or complex Content Production projects.   Technological Inquisitiveness:  A passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies, with the  aptitude to rapidly understand, evaluate, and communicate  the benefits of AI tools to diverse audiences  through experiences/sandboxes is essential.   Global Operations:  Success in project management involving fast-moving timelines and coordinating across multiple time zones.   Strategic Insight:  Ability to conduct market research and qualitative/quantitative studies to evaluate marketing activities and brand presence.   Req ID: 18491 #LI-AS2 #LI-Hybrid Our values shape everything we do:   Be  Ambitious  to succeed     Be  Imaginative  to push the boundaries of what’s possible     Be  Inspirational  to do groundbreaking work     Be  always learning and listening to understand     Be  Results-focused  to exceed expectations     Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations    OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
