Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and management. The role involves daily campaign setup, data monitoring and analysis, deal hunting, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization to drive business goals. Proactive, highly organized with project management experience and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign & Channel Setup: Set up campaigns and configurations on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and promotional mechanics. • Operational Execution: Conduct daily monitoring deal hunting and campaign progress to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. • Cross-Department & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments to plan, execute, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across functions. • Briefing & Asset Management: Prepare detailed briefs and asset requests to facilitate campaign execution, coordinate with internal UED, onsite & traffic team. • Performance Analysis & Data Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to improve results. • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure all deadlines are met. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools • Basic analytical skills, data tracking and consumer insights. • Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations or campaign management. • English as working language, Spanish & Italian is a plus.
