Position Summary General Atlantic is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director, Chief Information Officer, and other senior leaders on the team. The successful candidate will bring exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, along with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously. This role requires managing complex calendars and applying strong critical thinking to make sound, independent decisions. You will also partner closely with Executive Assistants across the firm to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time. Responsibilities   Deliver white-glove executive support, ensuring effective time management and focus for senior leaders Proactively manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (air, ground, and accommodations), often anticipating needs before they arise Collaborate with Executive Assistants across all departments to ensure seamless execution of firm-wide initiatives Organize meeting spaces and manage logistics for conferences and events Prepare and submit expense reports, meticulously tracking receipts and documentation to streamline processes Qualifications  8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services environment Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook and online travel and expense platforms Outstanding multitasking, organization, and critical thinking skills—able to juggle competing priorities with poise and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality High energy, strong communication abilities, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow Collaborative spirit with a global mindset GA Value Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans Retirement savings plan with employer matching Professional development opportunities and ongoing training Collaborative and inclusive work culture with opportunities for advancement General Atlantic offers a robust reward program to all employees that will support you and your family, maintaining fulfilling, secure and healthy lives now and into the future, which includes but is not limited to medical insurance, retirement savings contributions, mental and physical health resources and an equal pay program that allows you to earn a base salary of $90,000 - 130,000 of which the exact amount offered will be driven by the degree to which you meet role requirements, additional special skills and experience.  Additional reward programs, such as annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs, are available for eligible employees and are offered as recognition for performance and one’s contributions towards the organization’s success.
