Are you an experienced Technical Support professional with a passion for leading people? We're looking for a Technical Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers. What you'll do Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Support professionals Drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback Deliver technical training and share best practices Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Technical details Location : Budapest, Váci út 1-3., DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1062 (Hungary) Working hours : 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 Employment type : Full time, 40 hours/week Requirements What we're looking for Proven experience in the BPO ( Business Process Outsourcing) field and in team management Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others Why join us?
