Description PLANET S.A. is seeking a full-time Receptionist & Administrative Support Officer to join its team at its offices in Attica. The role involves supporting the company’s daily operations, welcoming visitors, managing communications, and providing administrative and secretarial support to teams and executives, with a strong focus on professionalism, organization, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners. Manage the company's switchboard, handle incoming calls, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members. Coordinate meetings, manage meeting room bookings, and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and other deliveries. Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support. Maintain and update files, contact lists, records, and other administrative information. Monitor office supply needs and coordinate with suppliers, as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area and offices. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative support or receptionist role within a corporate, consulting, engineering, or project-based environment. Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in using digital tools and business systems. ECDL certification will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and professional presence. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple daily tasks. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
