A typical software engineer researches, designs, develops and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific and general computing applications. Job Responsibilities: Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs. Modify existing databases and database management systems. Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions. Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations. Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project. Here’s What You Need: Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience 2+ years of professional software development lifecycle experience 2+ years of experience in developing with C#/.NET/Python/Java/C++ OR C Experience with distributed programming models Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining online services Experience with building pipelines with azure data factory, creating subscriptions and PowerBIs Ability to provide on-call support Eligibility Requirements:  TS/SCI with poly is required for this role Active US passport required   #LI-Defense   As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
