Advancing Eco-Agriculture is a rapidly growing specialty plant nutrition and regenerative agriculture consulting company. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate at our Aurora Facility located at 2255 North Pagosa Street, 80011. As a Warehouse Associate at Advancing Eco-Agriculture, you will be responsible for various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work closely with Manufacturing as well as Shipping and Receiving. As a team we actively work together to ensure that any and all warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate: Receive, inspect, and store incoming products Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications Accurate weighing and measuring of liquid product Prepare and load products for shipment Maintain accurate inventory records Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety Assist in managing inventory and conducting regular inventory counts Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently Adhere to company procedures and protocols for handling and storing products Assist with any other warehouse-related tasks as needed Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and production 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits 28.00 - 30.00 Hourly Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus
