We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance & Guest Operations Specialist based in Paphos to join our high-performing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Conduct initial and exit inspections, including Matterport scans, and coordinate photoshoots Perform basic maintenance and repairs (lighting, electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning) Handle system inputs and prepare units for launch Assemble, move, and set up furniture and equipment Supervise cleaning, staging, and contractor works Collaborate closely with the Guest Relations team on maintenance issues, including on-site resolution when required Oversee warehouse-related tasks and inventory coordination Source, trial, and manage local contractors Facilitate apartment viewings and grant access to third parties (e.g. utility providers) Ensure electrical appliances and basic installations are in good working condition Provide apartment access to third parties (e.g. utility providers, guests, landlords) Keep track of tools, stock, and supplies in the warehouse Requirements Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience with inventory or stock management is an advantage Proven experience in basic property maintenance or handyman work Ability to carry out simple electrical, plumbing, and general repair tasks Practical, hands-on approach with attention to detail Reliable, respectful, and able to work well within a team Valid driver's license for manual cars Benefits Company fuel card Private health insurance Friendly working environment Opportunities for professional growth and career development
