You will have the opportunity to grow your career by collaborating with a team of outstanding talents and state of the art technology to build a lasting, positive future for millions.     WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements, ongoing review and optimization of the relevant business processes Advising the business in the areas of MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR etc. to ensure adherence to the relevant regulatory requirements Monitoring of the development of the relevant regulatory and legal norms, regulatory horizon scanning across the EU member states Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding investment compliance Preparation of reports for management and for supervisory authorities, processing of inquiries of the EU supervisory authorities Close collaborative cooperation with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People Continuous training in various compliance topics     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks  Fluency in English, and either Spanish or Portuguese is necessary     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
