Job Title: Marketing Operations (Investor Relations & Sales Support) About Our Client: Top Chinese asset management firm Location: Shenzhen / Shanghai / Beijing Responsibilities: - Support the sales team in business development and investor relations maintenance, including: - Coordinating with internal departments to prepare and draft due diligence materials - Periodically producing product reports - Externally disclosing data and materials - Translating written documents as required - Manage the full subscription and redemption transaction process for investors, including: - Handling the receipt, dispatch, organization, filing, and safekeeping of subscription documents and other business-related records - Create and update product marketing materials, and maintain and update multiple databases - Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of client visits and business receptions, including: - Developing reception plans - Scheduling arrangements - Managing meeting logistics - Coordinate and support client meetings, and maintain and organize meeting minutes - Perform other market-related coordination and support tasks as assigned Pre-requisites: - Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; Finance, Economics, or related majors preferred - 2–3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in audit at an accounting firm, fund operations at an asset management institution, banking, securities, brokerage, or fund administration services preferred - Excellent spoken and written English skills; overseas study or work experience is a plus - Strong interest in financial markets, with solid foundational knowledge of securities, funds, and financial accounting; CFA or CPA certification preferred - Strong service orientation and outstanding communication and presentation skills - Meticulous, responsible, resilient under pressure, and possessing strong logical thinking abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); programming skills or relevant experience is a bonus
