In this position, you will help drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role offers a chance to connect with shoppers in a retail setting and introduce them to new products. Responsibilities Engage customers in a positive, professional manner Conduct food and beverage sampling to introduce shoppers to new products Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment used for sampling Record work activity using a smartphone or tablet after each shift Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and team members Perform all job duties with a safety-first approach in a retail environment Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours Reliable transportation to and from the work location Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to log work activity after each shift Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Able to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team Committed to maintaining a safety-first approach in the workplace Benefits Pay rate of $16.00 per hour Opportunities for growth and advancement, with a preference for internal promotion Comprehensive training and team support provided — no prior experience required Potential for additional hours upon request Customizable benefits package, including wellness programs, discounts, and supplemental voluntary plans for eligible team members
