Responsibilities Post roles, screen applications, and schedule interviews for intern and junior hires Help run technician and retail hiring at volume - sourcing, coordinating interviews, collecting documents, onboarding new joiners Build and maintain various reports in Google Sheets/Excel Keep candidate records and trackers clean, and flag process gaps you spot Assist the HR Operations team on process improvements Requirements Currently pursuing a relevant diploma/degree in Business, HR, Operations Organised and reliable with the ability to juggle multiple candidates without dropping details Clear, warm communicator, ability to handle candidates professionally Proactive attitude, asks questions and suggests better ways of doing things Confident with Google Sheets/Excel — filtering, sorting, basic formulas (or a fast learner)
