It's an opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently delivering high-quality care and meeting established expectations. 🕐 Build a Caseload That Fits Your Life You'll carry approximately 15–36 sessions per week , depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM , with weekend availability a plus. And with a strong referral flow, you can focus less on finding clients and more on doing the clinical work you were trained to do. 🧠 What You'll Do You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth. Your day-to-day will include: 📝 Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing individual, family, and group therapy 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR 💜 Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs 🔎 What We're Looking For We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.
