Hybrid | Seoul | Full Time What you’ll do Respond and resolve customer inquiries, requests and concerns via phone, email and chat promptly and effectively  Ensuring exceptional support for our customers from start to finish. Escalating critical issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary. Multitasking across various systems, including Payoneer CRM and others. Proactively recommend and educate the customer about features and benefits of Payoneer products to improve their satisfaction and deepen their relationship with Payoneer Increasing customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional support. Becoming an expert on Payoneer services for customers in the designated market  Providing feedback to the company to advocate for our customers in the designated market If you are also: Motivated self-starter who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Passionate and committed professional with excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and accountability Great team player who cares and willing to help other colleagues Positive individual who can transform challenges into opportunities. Who you are  Proficiency in Japanese – MUST (Preferably JLPT N1 or N2 Certificate Holder) Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing) - MUST 1-3 years of Relevant experience or Experience in Customer service field.
