To learn more, visit www.inmobi.com About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our growth in Indonesia. This role is critical to scaling our business, with a clear mandate to 2X revenue and expand market share over the next phase of growth. You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading revenue expansion across key accounts and new business opportunities in the market. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets, with a focus on doubling business in Indonesia market Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across agencies, brands, and partners Identify high-growth opportunities and unlock new revenue streams Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, operations) to drive client success and retention Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting What We’re Looking For 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media, SaaS, or related industries Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in Indonesia market Strong network across agencies, advertisers, and key industry stakeholders Demonstrated ability to scale business and drive exponential growth.
