The firm operates with precision, pace, confidentiality, and a focus on measurable outcomes. We are looking for an M&A and Capital Raising Professional to join our team in Athens. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who will contribute to transaction origination, execution, client relationship management, and the strategic growth of the firm. Responsibilities Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, mergers, carve-outs, and restructurings Manage relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, investors, and advisors Drive business development and generate deal flow through an existing professional network Structure, negotiate, and execute complex private transactions Work closely with legal, tax, and technical advisors Represent the firm in client meetings, investor discussions, conferences, and industry events Requirements 3+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field MBA or CFA will be considered an asset Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach Professional-level English Strong computer literacy Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a high-trust, fast-paced environment Benefits Access to proprietary deal flow and a global investor network Exposure to complex private transactions and strategic capital raises Senior-led, hands-on execution environment Collaborative and dynamic culture Competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses
