Work Setup: Onsite Location: IT Park, Cebu Schedule: Nightshift Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline 2 to 4 years relevant F&A operations/Vendor Master Data experience Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment. Experience in vendor master management, data operations, or finance support functions. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Responsibilities: Validate vendor banking details, tax forms, and compliance documents before approval Review vendor records regularly to ensure data accuracy and completeness Identify, investigate, and resolve vendor data discrepancies (e.g., duplicate records, incorrect details)
