Broadpin is an international consulting company for Oracle solutions. Formed through the merger of PROMATIS, Project Partners, Quistor, and PITSS we support clients across a wide range of industries with business process excellence and digital transformation programs. In our Platforms & Development business unit, we develop Horus® products for business process management. The new web-based Horus® enables collaborative modeling, as well as efficient browsing and presentation of process content.  As a Student, Product Management, your responsibilities will include:  Market research and analyses, including competitive analysis, assessment of our market position, and strengths and weaknesses analyses of comparable business process management tools  Point of contact for product marketing topics, both internally and externally, including the creation of marketing materials to promote our product and services   Active communication and collaboration in coordinating marketing activities with the Broadpin DACH marketing and Horus product development teams  Managing the release plan, developed in collaboration with company management and the product development team  Contributing to the development and structuring of the product and service portfolio  Analysis and specification of requirements, creation of UI mockups, and prioritization of the related development tasks  Creation and design of user guides and sales documentation for software products and services  Training and coaching internal staff and end customers on the practical use of Horus products, including the creation of training materials  Requirements You are studying Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field  You are interested in information design, usability, and user-centered development approaches  You have a talent for designing digital user interfaces and enjoy working with complex requirements  You understand users’ perspectives and can empathize with their needs   You are IT-savvy, and familiar with terms such as User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking   Experience with HTML or AngularJS is a plus  Benefits Clearly defined responsibilities and tasks  Flexible working hours  Close collaboration with experienced team members  Frequent team events  Opportunities for internships and Bachelor's or Master's thesis projects  Good chances for full-time employment after graduation
