What's Exciting About the Role As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role requires a self-starter with deep knowledge of payment technologies and hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring retention and expansion. Customer Engagement: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact. Solution Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of payment systems and hardware to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with creativity and urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and support to deliver exceptional service. Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Qualifications 5+ years in enterprise account management or related sales role. Proven experience in payments industry and hardware solutions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Customer-centric with a passion for delivering value.
