Your Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures. Actively listen to guest inquiries and provide engaging recommendations for activities, dining, and leisure. Manage daily emails and communications with professionalism and poise. Handle guest complaints graciously, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions. Keep accurate records while handling financial transactions with confidence. Coordinate guest transfers and transportation, ensuring their journey is smooth and hassle-free. Strive to exceed guest expectations, creating moments that make their stay truly memorable. Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a bonus! Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-office or customer service role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting. Fluent in Greek, both written and spoken; excellent command of English is a must. Additional languages are definitely a plus! Proficient in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (such as Opera and Fidelio). Strong customer service skills, with a knack for understanding and resolving guest concerns. A proactive team player who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude!
