We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE HR administration, knowledge of visa processing, and employee documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication with employees, government authorities, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Assists in recruitment and candidates coordination. Verify employee documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies. Maintain and organize employee records while ensuring confidentiality. Knowledge of the employee visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations requirements in compliance with UAE Labour Law. Maintain accurate records of visa and immigration status. Support employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and data entry into the HR system. Assist with payroll administration by verifying timesheets, leave records, resignations, and employee information. Manage employee offboarding, including clearance procedures and company asset collection. Provide general administrative support to the HR team Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of HR Admin/Coordination experience in the UAE. Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook . Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR documentation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with HR teams, PROs, government authorities, and employees. Positive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and improve HR processes. Benefits Salary range: AED 4000 - 5000 + UAE Standard Benefits
