Senior/ Project Manager (Construction/Design Industry)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders. Supervise and mentor project team members. Ensure quality assurance and delivery of projects within budget and schedule. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum3-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or design industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
