Responsibilities Our Talent Pool includes individuals with experience in: Healthcare analytics, Epic systems, and data strategy Healthcare operations, patient access, and clinical workflows Consulting, advisory, or technical implementation roles Leadership, project management, and change enablement Whether your expertise lies in data modeling, system optimization, project delivery, or strategic guidance, we’d love to stay connected and explore future opportunities together. Requirements Requirements vary by role, but we generally look for people who: Excel at creating clarity out of complexity and driving actionable outcomes Bring experience in healthcare IT, Epic, analytics, or related technical fields Demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Strive to deliver high-quality, scalable, and sustainable results If you are interested in working in an analyst or project management position, you must have 3+ years of experience and current certifications.
