The Portfolio Senior Specialist participates in activities and initiatives that contribute to the development, optimization and execution of agreed Asset Owner Business Plans across portfolios. Responsibilities Assists the Head of Section in the development, optimization and execution of agreed Business Plans across assigned portfolios. Analyzes portfolio performance against agreed targets and SLA commitments, identifying trends, deviations, key drivers and early-warning indicators. Monitors portfolio KPIs, Service Level Agreements and other asset owner commitments, ensuring business compliance and timely escalation of issues. Supports the Portfolio Manager in developing and implementing portfolio strategies by leveraging data insights, identifying improvement opportunities, streamlining processes and creating cross-business synergies. Identifies, structures and supports the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives, including project planning, action tracking, delivery follow-up and performance monitoring. Develops high-level process flows and business requirements, highlighting operational risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities to ensure effective execution. Coordinates with Business stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of agreed actions and initiatives. Prepares performance and portfolio updates for Management, Portfolio Committees and Asset Owners, translating analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Standardizes and maintains portfolio-level business documentation, processes and requirements to support consistency, transparency and effective portfolio governance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Statistics or related field, from an accredited college or university Master’s degree will be considered an asset Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking or related industry- experience in Non-Performing Exposures will be considered a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek Computer literacy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of SQL, statistical (R, Python etc.), visualization (Power BI, Tableau etc.) tools will be considered an asset Knowledge of Qualco Collections System or Arotron will be considered an asset Competencies Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of the organization Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Result-Orientation Strong business acumen combined with the ability to interpret financial data Benefits Here’s what you can look forward to as part of the #CepalTeam: Competitive Compensation : We offer an attractive salary, annual performance-based bonuses, and a monthly meal allowance through our ticket restaurant card.
