Security Officer $17.50 per hour   3rd Shift Monday - Friday:  9:00pm - 5:00am Saturday & Sunday:  OFF $50 Sign-On Bonus – Active Guard Card & Licensed? Officers who join with an active Guard Card on file will receive a  $50 Sign-On Bonus , paid out upon successful completion of 90 days of employment. Looking for more than just a job? What You'll Do Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors What This Role Is This is a professional, high-accountability environment — not a sit-and-scroll post. What We're Looking For We hire for our core values — and we mean it: Service — You understand that exceptional service builds trust and reputation Integrity — You are accountable, honest, and self-aware Innovation — You look for better ways to get the job done Drive — You bring 100% effort and push through obstacles Commitment — You dedicate yourself to the mission Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by management   Qualifications:   Must be at least 21 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Valid state licensing required Professional demeanor and appearance Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience  Minimum of one year of security experience  Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug) This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time Why Join Marksman?
