With operations throughout the United States, w e offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Annual bonus program Paid time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k)-retirement plan Night and swing shift differential pay for select roles Holder Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant to join our team located in Atlanta, GA.   Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Information Technology Department.    Primary Responsibilities:   Oversee/process day-to-day administration for department: Including ordering and maintaining all office supplies, expense reports, processing invoices and weekly mail.   Work in conjunction with Departments to complete project needed tasks.   Preferred Qualifications:   Previous Experience: 2-5 plus years required in office administration or related field   Associate degree or higher preferred   Construction Industry knowledge experience a plus   Previous experience with D365 Finance and Operations software a plus   Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills   Strong work ethic, detail oriented, organized, ability to communicate, professional and dependable   Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE). ​ Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.
