Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LISW) Location: Iowa Setting: Remote / Telehealth Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re hiring Iowa-licensed LMHCs, LMFTs, and LISWs to provide mental health therapy through telehealth. You’ll work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. The role includes conducting assessments, establishing treatment goals, providing ongoing therapy, and monitoring client progress. It is well suited for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, communicates clearly, and can maintain consistent, high-quality care in a remote environment. Responsibilities Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs Develop individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life changes Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client Review client progress and adjust treatment strategies when clinically appropriate Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical records Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and professional practice standards Requirements Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field Active Iowa LMHC, LMFT, or LISW license At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a flexible telehealth setting and explore your next career move with us.
