About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our Workplace Technology Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and account management, with experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with pre-sales, project delivery, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end workplace technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers across enterprise and commercial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and customer retention. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Understand customers' business requirements and recommend appropriate workplace technology solutions. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling solution proposals and presentations. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions. Requirements 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience within the IT, workplace technology, AV, unified communications, or related technology industry. Proven experience in business development , including generating new customer opportunities and expanding market presence. Experience with tender management Strong account management experience with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and grow existing accounts. Experience selling Workplace Technology Solutions such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Audio Visual (AV) Solutions, Unified Communications (UC), Smart Office or Collaboration Solutions, Digital Signage and Meeting Room Technologies Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
