We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our Mid-Market Sales team. This is an opportunity for a consultative sales professional with experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, manufacturing software, industrial software, analytics, or business applications into mid-market organizations. What You'll Do You'll own a defined territory and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close while growing existing customer relationships. Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and services Build executive relationships across Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain organizations Conduct consultative discovery to uncover operational challenges and business objectives Present compelling business cases focused on ROI and measurable business outcomes Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data Develop territory and account plans that drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth Represent Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and conferences We're Looking For Required Experience 3–5+ years of successful B2B software sales , SaaS sales , or enterprise application software sales Proven history of achieving or exceeding quota Experience managing opportunities of $25K+ ACV Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills Experience selling subscription-based software and recurring revenue solutions Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) Strong presentation and executive communication skills Ability to travel 20–35% Preferred Experience Experience selling one or more of the following: Manufacturing Software Industrial Software Quality Management Software (QMS) Statistical Process Control (SPC) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ERP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Industrial Analytics Business Intelligence Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Industry 4.0 IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) Digital Manufacturing Engineering Software Experience selling to: Plant Managers Operations Leaders Manufacturing Engineers Quality Managers Continuous Improvement Leaders Engineering Directors VP Operations IT Leaders Education Bachelor's degree preferred Associate degree or equivalent professional experience considered Why Minitab At Minitab, you'll sell solutions that help customers improve quality, reduce waste, optimize processes, and accelerate digital transformation.
