Volunteering allows you to contribute your skills and passion while directly impacting the integration of refugees and migrants into the Swiss community. As a volunteer, you will work closely with the Capacity team members and/or other volunteers on projects, specific events or specific tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide support on specific projects/tasks Provide support with specialist skills like Canva, Graphic Design, Photography, Data Management etc. Assist in the planning and execution of events e.g. support logistics, registration processes Requirements Qualifications: Enthusiasm for social integration of people with migrant and/or refugee backgrounds and community support Strong organisational skills e.g previous experience of working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple priorities efficiently Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is highly desired Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility and openness for diverse tasks Clear time commitment Benefits Note: This is an un-paid Volunteering Opportunity
