Key Responsibilities: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision. Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for various executive needs. Oversee document management, ensuring sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and discretion. Conduct thorough research to support executive decision-making, candidate profiles, and market insights. Assist in the organization of internal meetings and executive engagements, ensuring seamless execution. Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and candidates, providing exceptional service. Coordinate logistics for executive events, board meetings, and strategic workshops. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably within a corporate setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
