We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition. What You’ll Be Doing • Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms • Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online channels • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles • Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit • Reach out to candidates through messages and email • Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs • Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records Requirements What We’re Looking For • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) • Strong research and internet navigation skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have (Not Required) • Internship or exposure to recruitment or sourcing • Familiarity with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or job platforms • Basic knowledge of Boolean search or sourcing techniques Benefits • Fully remote, long-term opportunity • Great entry point into recruitment and talent acquisition • Hands-on training and mentorship provided • Fast-paced environment with clear growth potential • Opportunity to develop sourcing, research, and communication skills
