McNees, Wallace & Nurick is actively seeking a Law Clerk to join our team for Summer 2027 supporting both our Real Estate and Corporate &Tax Groups . McNees Summer Law Clerks receive real-world legal experience and meaningful exposure to a variety of assignments from their assigned practice group. Summer Law Clerks are also invited to firm events and networking opportunities and are provided mentorship from current McNees attorneys. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal topics Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents Assist attorneys on various projects and assignments – both billable and non-billable Observe client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as appropriate Maintain organized files and documentation related to assigned projects Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Requirements: Second year law student pursuing a J.D. at an accredited law school Interest in Real Estate and Corporate & Tax law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented #LI-DNP About McNees Headquartered in Harrisburg, Pa., McNees operates offices across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Washington, D.C., giving our team a broad regional footprint and diverse opportunities for collaboration.
